I am a Chartered Rural Surveyor and Planning Consultant based is South Buckinghamshire, and pride myself in taking a pragmatic, creative and commercially-minded approach to achieving client's objectives.Having left the Royal Agricultural University in 2015 with an Undergrad in Agriculture, and Masters in Rural Estate Management, I swiftly secured a graduate Surveyor position at a firm of Rural Surveyors in Windsor. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2018, and within a few months was promoted to a Director of the company. For a further 10 months I worked within the company as an independent fee earner, before deciding to move on in March 2020, and form a new company with an ex-colleague - Thompson & Williams.My areas of specialism include planning consultancy, the acquisition, sale, letting and management of land and property, construction project management, boundary disputes, compensation, and landlord and tenant matters.
