I have spent the past 24+ years working primarily in residential real estate helping people buy their dream home or successfully sell their property. Five years ago, I became licensed in the US Virgin Islands working primarily on the island of St. Croix. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, the Community Outreach committee for the St. Croix Board of Realtors, VITAR's Historic Preservation Task Force, current V.P. and previous President of Friends of the East End Marine Park.Over the years, I have had an active leadership role with the Council of Residential Specialists, serving as 2007 President of the Colorado CRS Chapter #1, 2008 Immediate past president, and have been secretary, education chairperson and Chapter with a Heart Chairperson. I served on the Professional Standards Committee for Jefferson County Board oof RealtorsSpecialties: I have obtained the CRS designation, held by only 3% of REALTORS in the country. Knowledge of contracts, negotiating skills and counseling.Photography has been my passion since I was a child and I currently have my prints, greeting cards, canvases and photo books in various galleries and stores on the island.
