My passion for inclusion, connection, and community building has influenced my life in many ways- it has inspired perspective taking, the identification of steps to address historically disadvantageous systems, and a commitment to lifelong learning with a positive outlook. I am pursuing a career in school psychology to improve the educational experience of all students, and particularly those with disabilities. Each student deserves effective, well-rounded, and culturally-responsive instruction in a safe school environment. With passionate staff and creative thinking backed by evidence-based practices, our schools can be the healthy environments our students need to thrive.
