The Backstage Hospitality Manager serves as a liaison between the venue, artists, and touring personnel, ensuring the seamless execution of backstage hospitality operations. My role collaborates closely with the Production Manager to uphold the highest standards of service, facilities management, and guest experiences in alignment with Venue Nation’s backstage hospitality playbook.The Backstage Facility and Hospitality Manager oversees North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre backstage hospitality program & execute Venue Nation’s division-wide goals and objectives.I work diligently to impliment Venue Nation’s backstage hospitality playbook, adhere to standards and protocols.• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of backstage hospitality, including catering, accommodations, transportation and amenities.• Conduct regular inspections of backstage areas, dressing rooms, and hospitality spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality. • Coordinate with facility maintenance staff to address any repairs, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly.• Maintain a high level of communication and responsiveness to artist and touring personnel requests and preferences.• Ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance of backstage areas, dressing rooms and hospitality spaces.• Identify opportunities to enhance backstage hospitality offerings and provide unique experiences for artists and guests.• Monitor and assist in managing hospitality expenses, and vendor contracts.• Train and supervise hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold Venue Nation’s brand standards.• Manage dining spaces for cleanliness, efficiency and quality.• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.• Coordinate with the Artist Services team to facilitate nationally planned experiences.
