I joined Ekipman Event & Technology as managing partner after ending my professional worklife in Nurol Construction. I mainly focused on EU projects in Turkey and we have worked as a service supllier company to the consultant companies which were awarded to the tenders. I have worked with multinational compnaies like Pohl Consulting (Germany), Corporate Solutions (UK), Eptisa, Norm Consulting, Weglobal, WYG etc...I have also worked for their events and organizations with Turkish Public, Government Agencies and NGOs like T.C. Sayıştay, T.C. Ministry of Trade, Kızılay, Havelsan, Tubitak (BILGEM) etc.I am also taking place for international and local business development actvities in wide range of business as an advisor. I have more than a decade of experience in constrcuction sector in tender and business development areas at local and international levels.I was a Senior Business Development Engineer at Nurol Construction Co. in Ankara. Since joining Nurol in 2004, I have participated in various NGO’s as member, manager, board of directors, founder and chairman.I also had Quality System Management Representative title in the company. I had IRCA approved certificate for Lead Auditor for ISO 9001. With Nurol, I have experienced a lot of impressive projects. I worked for contract negotiation stages and mobilization stages of Ilısu Dam and HEPP (Project Value: 1,8 Billion USD), full tender preparation process of Gebze – İzmir Motorway Project(Project Value: 7,6 Billion USD). After the award of the project, I attended all the meetings as general secretary of Board of Directors and Executive Committee to appoint all the sub-contractor selection process, until the projects hand over to the SPV. I have a senior level experience in Turkish Tender Law and Procedures. I lead all the processes of tenders and prequalifications both local and international . I have experienced working conditions in very different types of geographies by visiting like; UAE, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Moldova, Libya, Kenya, USA, Greece, Italy, Bosnia – Hercegovina during my business development roles.I have a bachelor’s degree in both Geology and Hydrogeology Engineering Hacettepe University. Then I had a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering (Engineering Management) at Middle East Technical University. I am now a candidate of PhD degree in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University in the field of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) at department of Geological Engineering.I am fluent in English and a native speaker of Turkish.
