In my current position, I engage daily with health professionals to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues pertaining to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) which include Ministry of Health billing, clinical results and reporting. I consult with and advise independent IT professionals on procuring the necessary computer software and hardware then I plan, test and implement our application successfully. Prior, I worked as a Technical Specialist with a solid track record of delivering knowledgeable, accurate and timely solutions. I have tested and implemented large-scale automation systems for leading clinical testing laboratories across North America. Other roles include technical training and documentation, procedure and workflow creation and deployment, analyzing, organization and troubleshooting.As an Altiris Administrator, I developed the "Helpdesk Solution" module giving support technicians the tools necessary to track, assign and resolve issues. This system was used widely in Ontario and BC to support the large user base. From networks to server administration to customer relations, I continuously leverage and challenge my skills and abilities every day and I enjoy it.
