This means developing/sharing guidelines, process related documents, tools, clarifying minimum standards (NRC internal tool) and modalities.▪ Lead on developing WASH monitoring tools to be used by the team to ensure that relevant information is being collected to inform strategy and implementation, and to ensure accountability and learning.▪ Ensure that the strategy is informed by sound analysis, with consultations with teams and concerned stakeholders and that programmes strategies are devised in promotion of NRC's values, culture and beliefs. As part of Ebola response team based in Bo town, Sierra Leone, I provided technical support to consortium partners and was able to complete construction of 114 Ebola isolation units with WASH facilities across Sierra Leone with construction budget of 5.7milion USD. During the intervention, I was able to provide technical support in construction of water facilities including 6 and dug wells, one borehole, 4 water pans, 30 Ferro cement tanks with roof water catchment water , 22 spring protection, 281 latrines 50 Ferro cement tanks, and 211 sanitation facilities.
