• Developed, with limited oversight, and implemented 10-12 annual issue-based campaigns with organizing committees using Theory of Change, GOST, and other strategy development tools.
• Created multiple educational marketing materials for campaigns, including how-to-manuals, infographics, and accessible reference resources for members.
• Wrote content for campaign materials, social media postings and website content.

• Supervised and supported VPP Executive Director through daily correspondence, problem solving and strategy development.
• Successfully recruited largest numbers of winning Progressive candidates to run for office to advance economic and social justice issues.
• Organized first-ever legislative agenda and coordination effort between elected officials and the Party to advance a minimum wage increase, fair taxation and climate change legislation.

• Orchestrated passage of city council resolutions to strengthen the livable wage ordinance, create climate change public-private partnership standards, and enact a partial boycott of Arizona-based businesses in response.

Served on statewide council to oversee $120,000 annual grant allocations to organizations working to improve the lives of women and girls, assisted in developing strategic grant program for refocusing funding to women ages 15-25, led grants committee including revamping grant applications and council deliberation process for funding decisions.

Served as a board member for a $1 million organization, assisted with a staff organization restructuring process, participated in an anti-racism analysis of the organization’s history and policies to help advance people of color within philanthropy and within the organizing work of the social justice organizations we funded.
