Senior Manager, Digital Communications & Creative Services (Promotion - January 2016)Currently, My main focus is growing online visibility of the organization and managing the vast amount of projects facilitated by my small team. Resource management is always a challenge but we have seen a lot of positive growth in client satisfaction. We completed our nearly $1M website redesign and restructure in May of 2016, which consisted of integrating our CMS, CRM, AMS, LMS, Advocacy platform, Email Automation Platform and eCommerce Platform. Our launch was very successful considering both the changes to our branding and messaging. Our audience has responded well and we continue to see major gains in SEO rankings and overall website engagement. Our brand as a whole continues to see growth in all aspects including social media engagement, sales and event attendance.Digital Marketing Manager (December 2012 - December 2015)In this position, my primary responsibilities included maintaining both our main organizational website as well as our subsidiary sites such as rally4babies.org, which I created during my time here, and bring in over a 250 thousand visitors each month. In addition, I also manage our email marketing efforts which reach over 100K viewers each month. I also help manage a steady flow of print and digital graphics from inception, to design, to a finalized deliverable. I have been the lead on many social media initiatives and integrated marketing efforts as well. Including strategic planning and creating actionable work plans. I also manage two direct reports, both our Sr. Graphic Designer and Web Content Specialist.
