Like many in market research, I began my career doing something very different.Starting in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, I began developing selection and promotional exams for transit police at MD Mass Transit Administration. Moving to consulting with Booz | Allen & Hamilton, I found market research while helping federal agencies monitor satisfaction of those they served, (with surveys, focus groups, etc.). Under the mentorship of great colleagues and friends like: Lee Friedman and Geep Fisher (may they rest in peace), I transitioned from Industrial / Organizational Psychology to embracing the opportunities and challenges of the market research field. Flash forward and I now find myself ... ...building new research frameworks that provide leading organizations across industries and verticals with meaningful insights and experience metrics. I explore consumer, customer, employee, and client needs using novel research tools and state of the art methodologies.
