After being on a mission to create the yummiest chocolate chip cookies, I started gifting them to friends and family so I could keep fitting into my jeans. After receiving great feedback and immediate fans, I started an at-home-bakery. I look forward to giving people comfort and happiness through my own Local Dough bakery/shop!

Fighting single use plastic one Dopper at a time! As part of the Dopper Sales team I get to support all different customers from small, boutique retailers to multinationals in becoming a part of the wave fighting single use plastic. On a daily basis I am responsible for providing (potential) customers with the best experience possible in delivering the right fit for their company.Some day-to-day tasks are:- Part of B2B customizer developement team;- Managing salesproces;- Supporting retail, resell and B2B salesmanagers;- Write, follow-up and negotiate quotes;- Nurture both excisting and new client relationships;- Customer contact both national and international.

First and foremost, my job as store manager is to create an atmosphere where employees and customers can feel like themselves. As store manager I get to coach our retail assistants in their sales and service performance, work ethic and being a culture representative. I aim to improve the efficiency in our work, stock management and maintenance. Also, I do the administrative work concerning staff hours and planning.- Responsible for managing KPI's, hitting sales targets and NPS scores;- Member of Sustainability Core Team, to create stores which are practical yet environmentally aware;- Organise training for staff to reach sales targets, improve customer service and keep optical knowledge up-to-date;- Hire and lead team;- Schedule staff;- Conduct performance reviews.

In this role I was able to create content for both social media channels as well as music playlists in alignment with the Topsify NL brand. I had the opportunity to work on projects such as Boef - Slaaptekort, a record breaking streaming mega hit, The War On Drugs-A Deeper Understanding and Dua Lipa's 'New Rules'. It was a very data-driven role, where I also assisted brand managers in their pitches to streaming services and predict a lifecycle of a track/album.- Mantain and expand existing playlists and develop new playlists;- Determine which playlists have priority and when, and assign advertisingbudget accordingly;- Assist Brand managers in choosing the right playlist in which to 'push' a track, based on data analyses;- Supply management with data regarding trend development within digital music realm;- Maintain relationships with digital music platforms, such as Spotify and Apple Music;- Work with activation agency to develop creative imgaes and footage for advertising purposes;- Develop partnerships with third parties, such as travel organisations and venues in order to create 'give-aways' and build email list.

As teamleader and club manager I strived to create the best workplace for employees and a second home for our members. I was also responsible for hitting sales targets for memberships and add-ons, as well as organising in-house events regarding the Les Mills programme.- Hire and coach team;- Plan shifts;- Performance review staff;- Design training for staff to reach sales targets and improve customer service;- Create plan to reach quarterly sales targets;- Organise Les Mills quarter events.

I joined Breda Barst as a volunteer to develop and roll out a loyalty program for this free festival. I had worked as a volunteer during previous editions as a stage hand and wanted to put in more time and effort to help sustain the festival.

As Online Strategist for Google AdWords I was in the position of offering strategic advise to new advertisers who were just starting their AdWords adventure. Based on an analysis of the company, campaigns were build that were effective, goal oriented and of the highest possible quality. To be a part of this team, I had to pass several Google exams, which are listed under 'Certificates'. - Acquiring new customers (from potential databse and 'cold');-Contact with potential/new customers to inform on Google AdWords and set a first meeting;- Perform company analyses;- Based on company analyses, create AdWords strategy;- Together with Analytics Specialist implement and monitor strategy;- Keep in contact with customer, monitor strategy and adjust accordingly.

As a sales associate with Amiga I got to help women find the bridal version of themselves. I got to help them create the wedding of their dreams by complementing their style, wishes and budget.

Over the period of the summer, I had the opportunity to be the assistant to, and shadow of, Oscar Holleman at Studio RS29. During this time I was able to learn more about things such as music production and artist development , while the team was actively developing a new act (Kovacs).

As an intern for Sven Hammond Soul, now known as Sven Hammond, I did research on their current fanbase and their desires surrounding merchandise. Based on this research I introduced ideas to add new, limited merchandise and how to upgrade their online presence.

During this period I was a fulltime intern at Het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. To be able to work in such a renowned musichall was a dream come true. I really enjoyed researching their newsletter and coming up with strategies to improve it further.

Working at Cicada Studio I kept busy with all different types of assignments. Mostly I worked on the content of the website, keeping in touch with studio contacts and researching the opportunities for FILM + DESIGN Festival as a part of Dutch Design Week.

As an intern, I helped connecting with possible sponsors. It was my job to get them interested by creating an effortless combination of both their and our needs.. I was often the first contact that they had with the festival, so being representative was very important.
