I am responsible for delivering and supporting multiple clients from phase one jump starts through post implementation support; providing continuous improvements across all core ITSM applications as well as custom applications.Highlights:►Successfully integrated ServiceNow with multiple 3rd applications using REST, SOAP web services, JDBC, (S)FTP, LDAP, SMTP and Node.js.
