Blockchair (blockchair.com) is a blockchain explorer and analytics web platform providing data on 19 blockchain explorers, used by 50+ major crypto wallets and exchanges, with 2.5M MAU. In 2020-2021 we grew 3 times in active audience and became Bitcoin.com's default and Tor Browser's go-to block explorer for blockchain transaction, address, and block data. • I am responsible for all things product and design at Blockchair, including research, planning, strategy, and delivery of products provided via the web platform. • Deliverables and achievements:1. I delivered a new web platform version which led to an increase in MAU (2x) and decreased latency (8x):— Conducted usability testing, identified major user pains;— Hired a new design team and restructured the design processes;— Optimized UX while focusing on the 3 main product segments (used by 95% MAU), by jointly deciding to rebuild the entire frontend codebase, delivering a completely new UI of the whole website, bringing easier site navigation and client journey, and improving the hierarchy of data presentation;2. I delivered new block explorers (Kusama, Polkadot, Solana, and stablecoin explorers for USDT, BUSD, and USDC), and a bunch of improvements to the existing ones (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash); 3. I delivered the Wallet statements feature for tax reporting purposes (used by 50k MAU);4. Among other things, I delivered the crypto donations platform for crowdfunding in crypto, launched browser extensions, Awesome lists of crypto projects, and customizable blockchain charts (used by 20k MAU);5. I developed from scratch and optimized the task management system for all teams.

Breach Report was a startup in Krypton Moscow Incubator, focused on protection against data, account and financial theft caused by data leaks. • I was in charge of the product design and the architecture of the product (B2B and B2C). My responsibilities included system design, UX design (CJM, prototyping, wireframing), key-account processes, and the data-breach research team.• Deliverables:1) Delivered the full design architecture of the Breach Report's product;2) Managed a team of juniors responsible for research and collection of data-breach information;3) Established processes for how to obtain leaked databases, with full compliance with the GDPR;4) Participated in conducting split-tests and monetization model experiments.

Ideofit is a mobile app for virtual try-on and purchase of eyewear, with real-time fitting and 2d image rendering technology. • I was responsible for testing monetization models, setting and maintaining KPIs, and UX optimization. • Deliverables:1) Built from scratch the taxonomy for product analytics in Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Yandex Metrika;2) Launched the mobile app for the global market, and grew DAU (200x); 3) Managed and delivered localization for 5 languages;4) Optimized onboarding process, retention (5x), and conversion (3x), using split-tests, surveys, and customer discovery;5) Conducted several monetization-model experiments: selling the white-label to online eyewear retail stores, to Aliexpress, and via Referral fees on Amazon.
