• Developed and led Ricky’s ecommerce and online marketing, merchandising and business strategy and 3 year business plan encompassing revenue goals, capital expense planning, marketing spend, staffing and outsourcing requirements.• Developed and monitored KPI metrics to monitor development of the business and report to senior management on a weekly basis.• Partnered with President and store merchandising and operations management to develop and implement an online marketing program to provide services to customers choosing to interact with Ricky’s offline.• Developed and executed digital marketing strategy including segmented email marketing program, affiliate marketing and social media outreach designed to drive increased traffic and customer engagement.• Analyzed traffic patterns and site architecture needs to develop strategy to migrate Ricky’s infrastructure to a cloud based environment.• Managed the operational needs of an ecommerce operation embedded within a traditional retail environment. My responsibilities include leading the online marketing and merchandising of the Scholastic Book Club business as well as operational responsibility for The Scholastic Store Online and Back To Basics Toys.

Responsible for developing and implementing Danskin's internet strategy. Responsibilities included; Technology, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, User Experience as well as fulfillment. Position had full P&L responsibility. In addition, I was responsible for sales reporting and analysis for the wholesale business as well as all aspects of budgeting and planning. I also was responsible for developing sales strategies and finding creative methods of executing those strategies.
