 Administer proper coding and manage invoices, estimates, LPO, inventories. Monitor all AP/AR and prepare updates on all accounts. Verify totals and prepare sales reports and open balance. Monitor the efficient working of the sales team and prepare commission, promotions, inventory reports, sales reports, SOA, and payment follow-up. Keeps better correspondence with customers, staff and, the H.O team.  Prepares financial reports and supports weekly/monthly sales reporting including performance tracking vs budget and prior year. Managing & coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting & forecast processes. Providing back-office services such as accounts payable, collection, and payroll. Monitoring cash flow and Liaising with accountant teams. Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, shippers, Bankers.
