I became general manager of the company, being in charge of the technic and operational matters. As coordinator of a team of 27 subordinates, I lead and Provide directions, guidance, planning and evaluate the work of other executives and managers and functions for all 3 BU’s;- Reach organizational strategic goals and profitability by staffing, leading, developing and managing organization’s resources;- Maintain awareness regards competitor’s developments, opportunities for expansion by acquisitions or insourcing/outsourcing, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards;- Responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety;

In 2011 I concluded two major agreements for the benefit of the Company:- An exclusive agreement regarding DELL refurbished equipment, allowing the company to purchase the assets to be returned, directly from DELL and remedy the eventual minor damages in order to re-sell them as refurbished equipment.- The second agreement was the “Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher”, our company being the first Romanian company accepted in this program. Subsequently, as part of the partnership with Microsoft, we are now able to provide our customers with legal licences for the second-hand (used) equipment they purchase. Details regarding this agreement can be found by accessing the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/refurbishedpcsDue to the new agreements and to an increased amount of work, we have implemented new work procedures in order to ensure the testing and the revision of the equipment to be sold to customers. For this purpose, we have increased the equipment testing capacity from 20 pieces of equipment/day to 100 pieces of equipment/day without any hardware investment. The increment was accomplished by using the knowledge acquired during the trainings, organized by DELL and Microsoft, I took part in.

With a team of 16 subordinates, I was in charge of the work poits management. The job responsibilities included:- monitoring and notifying the new opportunities on the market of the industry- potential clients- elaboration and submittal of the documents regarding the auction procedures the company took part in- analysing the client’s needs and providing a financially and technically adequate solution.During this period I implemented within the company the ISO 9001 quality standard and the environment management system according to ISO 14001. The project was entirely coordinated by me.

It was during this period that the branches in Bucuresti, Iaşi şi Timişoara were developed. Due to the satisfactory results accomplished in the sales field, I was charged with the staff training and with developing the new work points. My responsibilities involved the opening of every new work point, finding the proper sites required for the branch activity, concluding agreements with interior design companies, training the new employees.

At the moment of my hiring, the company had only one store its object being second-hand (used) equipment selling.
