* Responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythm via electronic systems.* Continuously analyzing Patients EKG and notifying nurses and Met team for acute rhythm changes and crisis alarms according to departmental policies. Also, initiate follow up actions and document patients' data in timely manner,* Manage a team of 6-7 people by providing professional, supportive and safe environment.
