- Create curriculum materials and activities as needed.- Supervise teachers and instructors and provide feedback to enhance the quality of shared information.- Oversee instructors' progress against curriculum schedule.- Coordinate and monitor status of submitted projects by students with their course instructor.- Perform constructive reviews with instructors to ensure the high quality of delivered materials as well as the importance of sharpening their communication skills with students.- Facilitate and resolve any issues between instructors and students.
