With over 14 years of experience in various aspects of human resources, I am a passionate and certified human capital professional who strives to create a positive and engaging work environment for employees and stakeholders. I currently lead the human capital function at Majid Al Futtaim, a leading retail and leisure company in the Middle East and North Africa, where I oversee the development and implementation of talent management, total rewards, organizational development, training, and recruitment strategies and initiatives.My core competencies include Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), performance management, leadership development, HR management, and crisis communication. I have successfully applied these skills to enhance the employee experience, align the organizational goals, and drive business results at Majid Al Futtaim and my previous employers, such as MaxAB and SYKES. I am also proficient in using metrics and data to inform and evaluate HR decisions and actions.
