• Update the Flight Information Display System (FIDS)’s database in coordination with Air Tow, schedule and plan resources in a neutral, transparent and non-discriminatory way to the Stands, Gates and Check-in Counters to optimize airport capacity utilization and meet stakeholder’s demands and expectations.• Monitor cancellations made after the Historic Baseline Date and any non-utilization of slots for the purpose of applying the Use it or Lose it rule.• Monitor planned and actual use of slots to identify any possible instances of intentional misuse of slots and initiate a dialogue with the airline or aircraft operator concerned.• Offer advice to airlines on all matters likely to improve airport capacity or slot allocation flexibility.• Address problems arising from conflicting requirements in such a way as to avoid any need for external intervention including higher management level whenever needed.• Provide high quality of services to airlines and partners with a specific stress on security and safety.• Manage congested infrastructure until longer term solution of expanding airport capacity is implemented.• Comply with the standards of the quality, environmental and complaint management system to meet stakeholder(s) expectations and satisfaction.• Anticipate and reacts to any operational interruptions that can affect the safety, security and quality of operations and report it to his/her superiors (TLM/SH & ADM).• Make reports to the Airport Duty Manager about his/her activity and the difficulties to solve the problems.• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the direct manager as the job requires.
