I am responsible for the educational cycle of all local committee members and team leaders. This includes their AIESEC knowledge, skills gained throughout their experience and their LEAD education and assessment. This is to guarantee all members in this organization get the most out of their AIESEC experience, and to provide the membership body with the needed skills to enhance the operations in all functions.I am also responsible for all trainings and sessions held in order to develop and fulfill the needs of development of all the membership body in AIESEC AUC.I also work in synergy with exchange functions to deliver LEAD for EPs/Interns.I am leading members and teamsters (dual role middle managers from other functions, who are considered L&D responsibles).RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Creating the Need Analysis for TMP/TLP in all functions (each quarter).2. Creating the Need Analysis for LC education and LEAD blocks.3. Creating timeline for functional education and trainings.4. Validating the content from VP TM and the concerned LCVP before the delivery (deadline to be set with LCVP TM).9. Participating with the team/partners/other facilitators in content delivery.10. Final responsible for all educational/training partners for the LC.11. As an Organizing Committee President, I was leading a team consisting of team members and interns, with the goal of impacting my society and providing the interns who are creating this impact with an unforgettable experience. My role was to provide these interns with fulfilling job descriptions through approaching strong partners and maintaining a sustainable plan for the project’s finances. I made sure the plan is implemented according to the set timeline. I coached and tracked my team, and led them directly. I directed the project and ensured that it is aligned with the vision and goal of the function as a whole.
