My main interest as a researcher is diversity of the immune repertoire: how it is physiologicaly generated and how it is modifiied in pathological contexts, with a final goal to develop affordable strategies for the monitoring of the immune response as prognostic, diagnostic and prevention.Specialties: > Scientific research in Immunology, > Experience and knowledge in several experimental models in parasitic infections (cerebral malaria), autoimmune disease (diabetes, systemic lymphoproliferative syndrom (scurfy)) and inflammation (colitis).> Expertise in T cell repertoire diversity using high-throughput technologies, > Analytical tools and statistics approaches improvement and development coordination for high-throughput data.
