Yayasan Insan Lestari Indonesia (iLitterless Indonesia) is a Malang-based Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to responsible waste management. Ence has been serving as the Founder and Director of iLitterless Indonesia since 2021. She is responsible for leading the entire organization, setting its strategic direction, managing budgets, and overseeing all operations. Through education, waste collection, and recycling initiatives, iLitterless works to reduce waste, promote recycling, and create a cleaner, more sustainable urban environment.

A network of gender equality young leaders to driving dialogue, action and positive change, also to encourage the mobilization of young people and facilitate the dissemination of information to networks and organizations around the region.

Ence was an IELTS Tutor and Examiner who actively contributes to the field of English language proficiency assessment. Ence conducts IELTS mock tests, which are instrumental in helping students prepare for the actual exam. Through her work, Ence not only imparts essential language skills but also helps individuals build confidence and competence in their English language abilities, ultimately facilitating their success in the IELTS examination.

Ence worked as a English Language Instructor at the Language Center of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. She taught English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses, customizing language skills for students' specific fields. Ence also composed ESP textbooks for the Animal Husbandry and Banking Departments.

Ence was appointed as the Co-Chief Program at the Language Center of UMM, where her responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and evaluating the institution's programs. In this role, she plays a key role in overseeing and ensuring the success of these programs.
