Molliturn Co. is a parts manufacturer of Semiconductor industry and electronics industry Role: Product management / Project management / Social media writer - Responsible for following up product from end-to end, including evaluating the product specification, handling RFQs and incoming quality issues heads up while providing all levels of stakeholders with effective solutions in timely manner- Coordinating internal cross-function team of 7 including R&Ds, production, QA engineers for the fulfillment of design requirements in NPI(new product introduction) stage and ensuring suppliers will be delivered within given ETA and budget.- Actively involved in 3+ KRF projects, helping evaluating and validating its production feasibility and scalability leveraging mechanical knowledge to reduce costs

Account for apparel brand Nike & Lululemon- Enhanced customer engagement for major brands like Nike and Lululemon through proactive CRM skills and walkthroughs with TW/VN teams- Improved user experience by analyzing quality data with QA to identify workflow design opportunities and resolving technical and supply chain problems- Ensured adherence to quality standards through detailed alignment of implementation with initial requirements- Analyzed failed fabric , trim, and garment testing results, and provided alternative solutions to meet production timelines

- Gained knowledge of the garment production and process flow of the industry- Brainstorm and propose feasible solutions to help the company improve workflow and increase productivity
