His project work includes a wide array of building types including large healthcare construction, institutional buildings, façade recladding, high-rise office buildings, and housing projects. Greg has also administered many LEED certified projects.As Director of ZS' Architectural Engineering Building Enclosure Group, Greg oversees building enclosure commissioning, consulting, investigation, and enclosure testing services. A past president of the Milwaukee CSI chapter, certified construction specifier (CCS), certified construction contract administrator (CCCA), AIA member, and LEED AP. With 30+ years of experience in various project types, Greg has a unique and diverse set of problem-solving skills in building design and construction.
