Currently the Retail Operations Manager for ACE Adventure Resort. I have interned at the Fortune 500 company, Markel Corp, in the claims department, analyzing data and developing new processes of communication. Through this internship, I was given the opportunity to continue working at Markel as a part-time data analyst while balancing a full college course load and tutoring for our athletic department. I am excited to be pursuing a career-goal shift as I focus more on personal well-being and growth. During the summer of 2021 I pursued a long held dream of white water river guiding, at Ace Adventure Resort in West Virginia. During my time guiding I had the opportunity to assist in the operations office, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and record keeping was accurate. I now work as ACE Adventures Retail Operations Manager. Controlling the strategy and operation of three brick and mortar retail locations as well as an online storefront. With a year round team of 5 and a seasonal team of over 20, we provide outdoor goods, souvenir merch, and local insights and recommendations in Fayetteville, West Virginia.I am now looking for remote work which will allow me to pursue my passion of whitewater while offering me financial security and career development.
