I speak fluent Mandarin and have a deep understanding of the Chinese market and culture. I was a minority owner of Great Leap Brewing, one of the first and most successful craft breweries in China, where I helped to create world class beers with local ingredients and flavors. I have worked with multicultural teams in various roles, such as production manager, innovation and training director. I excel at leading and motivating people and building a culture of teamwork, creativity, and quality. I thrive on learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
