Main Responsibility :o Handling Inquiry and prepare budget based on client requirements. o Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on timeo Communication with client regarding with Inquiry and Order o Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner o Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers. o Supporting the field sales Managers.o Resolving any sales related issues with customers o Making follow-up calls to confirm sakes orders or delivery dates.o Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing. o Track project costs in order to meet budget o Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan o Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress o Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
