• Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Bank's Mobile; Agent and Internet banking products and services;• Oversees the daily operations of all Mobile, Agent and Internet Banking functions of branches;• Takes ownership and ensures timely response and resolution of customer issues• Recommends temporary work around and permanent practical solutions to improve customer service and response• Comment on the developed policies and procedures for Mobile, Agent and Internet banking;• The overall project management to make live all the products/services;• Optimal availability of self-service channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Agent banking to facilitate the achievement of retail banking volume, revenue and profit targets• Increase revenue streams through Electronic Banking Channel and reduce management cost of the- relevant channels;• Reduce the likelihood of a negative risk event by establishing and reinforcing the control consciousness of the division;• Identifying the needs for system updates, Procures new vendors, evaluates and administers contracts for the provision of services and products;• Consistently analyze customer usage of electronic resources, working within the marketing department to increase its use and with the information technology group to improve its user-friendliness.• Giving Training for different end users of mobile, internet and agent banking.
