About Ronald W. Lowe, Master Of Engineering Management (Mem)

Masters in Engineering Management (MEM) with Software emphasis. Undergrad and graduate training in Project Management. AZ-900 Certification Oct, 2021. Re-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2023. Certified SrumMaster® (CSM) in 2016. Additional training in Agile prior to CSM. Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) in 2016. Proven leadership as Software Development Manager and Program/Project Manager, with global teams. Most recent, Program Manager of numerous Infrastructure Projects. Served on executive board of a corporation. Managed up to 28 direct reports and, later, led a program with 150 staff on four continents. Turned around several late projects. Veteran. As a servant-leader style manager, I view myself as a member of the team with a different role to perform to achieve the team’s goals - not superior to the team. I provide the structure and leadership to guide to success which allows the team to take the spotlight. Even in my hobbies: in amateur theatre, I was the Producer of the play; not on the stage. In Toastmasters International, I was Club President and then Area Governor of eight Clubs. At a new product completion celebration, the room started to give me a standing ovation for having turned around this 12-month late development effort. I motioned the room to hold, gathered the technical team to the front of the room, then stepped aside and joined the room in an ovation to them. I had led them to the goal by introducing technics which were later named "Extreme Programming". Re-organizing into small teams each with direct accept to their user group and planned a series of short-term goals leading to the new product. But their creativity produced the new product.Through personal reading and seminars, I continually learn to improve my knowledge and skills in leadership, teambuilding, sales & marketing, business & economics and history.

Listed skills include Project Management, Leadership, Software Development, Testing, and 26 others.
