Responsible for asset management of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas' commercial office real estate investment portfolio in US. - Launched real estate fund business at the company. Developed closed-end funds investing in US commercial office buildings by leading a project team of 15 which consisted of legal, tax, accounting, marketing professionals from the US and Japan and grew the AUM of the business to $500mil. - Underwrote commercial office buildings for acquisitions.- Led debt financing for the funds.
