- Generating reports towards local management and division/group finance on monthly and ad-hoc basis- Participate in monthly and year-end financial closing, prepare and book necessary accruals- Participate in quarterly forecast- Preparing month end control file included AP / AR / Intercompany / Fixed Asset / Inventory / Trial Balance reconciliation according to the group policy- Sales revenue and volume analysis and recognition- Regarding fixed assets: providing a yearly Capex plan in co-operation with the Engineering Department, preparing the Capex’s financial analysis, control, track and report the Capex’s cash out, control the FA capitalizations, depreciation and disposal.- Regarding inventory: preparing yearly inventory stocktaking plan, participate in the monthly and year-end stocktaking, control and analyze inventory movements, provide monthly provision, control the COG of items- Upload the ERP data to the IBM Cognos Controller sysem- Prepare other regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis
