• Develop and implement CR strategy based on the Company and Group strategy • Design, implement, manage and evaluate CR projects• Deliver regularly a CR strategy management status to the respective management • Be responsible for required data for national and international reporting• Follow national and international CR developments• Recommend measures to be implemented by the relevant Departments, in order to comply with the CR framework of the Company• Share national know–how within CR network of the DT Group, and eventually propose common projects• Make sure that relevant CR developments are communicated internally & externally• Raise internal awareness on CR and its impact on the Company• Carry out all responsibilities deriving from the participation in the Environment Management System Team

• Contributing to draft the company’s Public Relations approach and activities, in adherence with the guidelines of the bigger groups it belongs to. Caring for the image of the company as socially responsible citizen.• Draft, support and guide during the development and improvement of internal communication tools (intranet, email, posters, internal newsletter and other publications, employees’ activities (sports, leisure, parties, etc.).• Contributing to and editing of the internal newsletter. Writing for to the group’s newsletter as a contributing editor of the country.• Refining and approving of the company’s publications (brochures, leaflets, etc.) from the corporate image point of view.• Safeguard and enhance (internally and externally) the positive company image and reputation. Improve the stakeholders’ perception of company as a socially responsible company.• Participating and supervising press events, press conferences and other public appearance activities of the company. Preparing the speeches of the company’s officials that participate in these events, drafting the respective press release, video materials and pictures, and disseminating them to the media.• Writing for the company’s website, refining and approving content of other departments prior to its web publishing. Building the sitemap and the main frame of company’s website; filling all the information categories related to corporate.• Managing the company’s intranet, responsible for its content and structure. Editor of the company’s newsletter, encompassing main activities of the publication period.• Planning and implementing activities for own employees, in order to offer a balanced life and work, as per the latest European trends. Initiate and further foster the corporate volunteering culture. Align internal activities with Company’s stakeholders and Groups guidelines.• Manage, coordinate and implement BCM Crisis Communication Plan.

Supervise the gathering, processing and finalizing of entries of all Albanian artists featured in “Knots”, the edition dedicated to Albanian art and artists, in the framework of a worldwide project by Luciano Benetton Foundation to catalog works, inspiration and ideas to pass down to further generations.

• Drafting of the Communication Plan for the INTERMODAL Project (INTERmodality MOdel for the Development of the Adriatic Littoral zone is a project, financed under the IPA Adriatic CBC Programme. INTERMODAL foresees the implementation of common activities aimed at identifying the best methods to foster effectiveness of local transport systems according to the needs of areas involved);• Designing, producing and publishing 16 bimestrial newsletters in English• Submission of inception report, interim reports, and final report according to Contract.
