Mr. Hammarlund joined End Results Group (ERG) in 2007 with a wealth of experience in operational, trade, custodial and trust services. Before joining ERG, Gerard was with Boxbreaker Intelligence, where he was the Director of Sales.Prior to this role Mr. Hammarlund held various senior positions at ABN AMRO Bank NV including Senior Vice President for Financial Institutions where he was responsible for the creation and the implementation of the global strategy to sell a multi-product and multi-currency offering to Financial Institutions (Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions). His responsibilities included management of the global sales force covering 72 countries, definition and specification of the global product set, the execution of the global marketing effort, the implementation of a new global sales, customer service and solution delivery coverage model, reengineering of the pricing structure for the product set, target market definition and the development of a global MIS infrastructure to measure the efficiency of the sales organization.Along with this role he also was head of Global Network Management where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of a global strategy for buying operational services from third party providers in the areas of Treasury, Corporate Cash Management, Payments, Custody and Card Services.
