At PTR Paving Inc., I wear multiple hats, each role integral to the smooth operation and safety of our projects. With a diverse skill set and extensive experience, I ensure that our team and equipment are always performing at their best. Here’s an overview of the positions I currently hold:Operations Manager- Managing budget for Paid Duty Officer and forecast for all traffic control plans- Operational Planning and Finances when equipments are bought or rented- Coordinate TCP's for all upcoming contracts.- Rodar submissions for every project on time and great relationship with City Inspectors- Setting up PDO's for heavy traffic jobsites to keep the crew members safeEquipment Manager- Document every equipment and schedule service appointments accordingly.- Organizing all seasonal equipments and winter equipments to have open space in the facility to avoid injuries.- Seperate the equipments for every job and every crew.Health and Safety Manager-Communicating with the crews to get feedback on the job environment or any unsafe concerns.-Find any risk factors on the job sites and the office to avoid.-Keep up to date with everyone's training certificates obtainedAZ Driver- Over 3 years experience floatng heavy machineries in Ontario and operating dump trucks in the jobsites for concrete and asphalt crews.-Clean driving record with no tickets and no accidents.
