KUBE PSP Maju Mapan Malang is a cooperative engaged in the dairy industry located in Kemiri, Jabung, Kab. Malang, East Jave, Indonesia. Maju Mapan collaborated with the Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS) and CV. Brawijaya to create an automatic milk pasteurization machine with a scale of 100 liters 1-time production scale. My role in this collaboration is as a PLC programmer and sensor/actuator wiring. The PLC used is a SIEMENS S7 1200 brand PLC which is used as the main control of the machine. My experience when making the machine is that I can make digital/analog control, data communication between PLC and Thermo control (Modbus RTU), and data communication between HMI and PLC (Modbus TCP).

In this project, my role is as a PLC and Vision Sensor programmer on an automation storage machine with a vision sensor. This machine serves as student learning about PLC, Pneumatic, Electro-pneumatic, Industrial Motion, HMI, and Vision Sensors. In this machine, the Vision sensor uses a webcam which then data from the webcam is processed using OpenCV so that it can distinguish the shape of objects. After being able to distinguish the form of the data, it is sent to the PLC which then the PLC will move the object to a place that matches the criteria.
