I am a highly experienced delivery and engineering leader with a background in Finance and PropTech. Incredibly versatile, I have a strong record of delivery at all parts of the organisation’s tech stack – web, mobile, search, personalisation, greenfield, re-platforms/transformations, and data engineering and analytics - I've done it all! I often joke that my next role will be in Sales.I am enthusiastic about building and coaching team performance and culture. I can parachute into existing teams or build new ones from scratch. I recently scaled up data engineering and data science teams (from 20 to 50 people) to deliver Australia’s most accurate property price estimation model and transformed property data quality within the business (reduced data latency from six weeks to near real-time). My past two years working in the data space has been thoroughly enjoyable and a real highlight - its power and complexity really makes me tick.A career in technology but degrees in finance and law means my imposter syndrome is perpetual and well fed. However, it drives me to learn, keeps me humble, and always seeking to work with people smarter than me.
