Roles: 1. Manage the corporate strategic and marketing developments 1. Initiate and implement system development to improve the group performance of EndureGo2. Manage the recruitment and training for Human Resource3. Maintain and improve the technical development for accounting and tax. 4. Supervise a team of 2 accountants and 2 admin staffs in preparing and lodging the individual and non individual tax returns for the clients.5. Providing tax advices to clients to help them to use their tax to achieve their wealth position. 6. Management consulting to corporate clients to help them to enhance their business process.

Manage the technical development in credit and finance. 6. Manage and supervised the credit compliance program. 7. Strategic developed the market share for home loan in South Australian market.

Reporting to: Financial controller of Reporting and Data Integrity Duties: 1. Designed and implemented the accounting model for the board to monitor the key performance indicator of the group.2. Involved in reviewing and designing the accounting information system of the group3. Involved in reviewed the taxation aspect of the group, with reference to international taxation.4. Assisted the Financial controller to present technical papers and models to the board of management of the group.

Reporting to: Head of Department – Product Management and Risk TransferDuties: 1. Assisted the Head of Risk Department to make strategic decision to remodel the risk transferring model of the organization. 2. Researched into the OECD policies, and presented relevant updates to the Head of the Department. 3. Responsible in developing the risk model for the organization.Reason of leaving: I was headhunted by Santos Pty Ltd to work as a system reporting analyst preparing statistical and quantitative model to be pressented to the Board of Management.

Reporting to General Manager of Finance and the CEO. Assisted the General Manager of Finance in implementing the International Accounting Standard and designing statistical and econometrical model to determine the feasibility of various projects at the company.

Reporting to Senior Manager of Risk Management Department and Risk Management Committee. As a member in the Due Dilligence Team, I developed a strong business banking skill. I was involved in preparing due dilligence report for small, medium and large business loans, trade finance and construction projects with dollar values from AUD4million to AUD30million and syndication loans with the range from USD 5million to USD40million.

As an associate lecturer while doing my Honours degree at Macquarie University, I was involved in teaching the first and third year accounting subjects including fundamental of accounting and accounting theory.
