As a permanent member of the IT Lead Team of Campari, I actively participate in the definition of the IT Strategy, the related budget and in the promotion of our function.Reporting to the Head of IT, in the Global IT department of Campari, I am responsible with my team of the success of any initiative assigned to the Finance and HR Project Portfolio, world-wide.To improve processes and user experience I deal with many stakeholders, moving from the senior executives in the Statutory&Tax, FP&A and Treasury departments to the HR Directors and also to transversal functions such as the Internal Audit, Shared Service Centre or Resource Optimization (i.e. T&E management). At the same time, I am in a close contact with the major players in the IT market (SAP, Microsoft, Appian, Accenture, KPMG, EY, PWC, ...) to keep the focus on the innovation and market trends.My team is leading many projects based on new Cloud Platforms: SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Concur, Appian (to regulate requests coming from the legal entities to the Shared Service Centre, simplifying the User Experience). Recently I got also the opportunity to lead some of the most important transformation programs:- S/4 HANA and FIORI Roadmap- S/4 HANA Cash Management- SuccessFactors Employee Central- Digital Workplace: Concur, Service Now, O365

Reporting to the CIO of EPTA Group, I play two different roles.As Corporate Process Manager, I coordinate a team of highly skilled professionals, the EPTA Process Designers (8 business analysts); when we speak about projects or process review we are the interface between the Top Management and the local Managers or Key Users of any company within the Group (Italy, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Chile, China and Singapore).We are accountable for gathering business requirements, keeping coherence with the Strategic Plan and Corporate Guidelines; we provide an active contribution to the organization and to the process definition, choosing the best possible solutions in terms of assets which support the daily business activities. Choices go through feasibility studies, cost & benefit analysis and eventually ICT vendor evaluation.As ICT Program Manager I am appointed to define and follow the EPTA Project Pipeline, in accord with the CIO and the strategy provided by the Board of EPTA; working with Project Managers and the Delivery Manager we assign a team, a budget and a due date to any approved initiative.The Helpdesk Manager is one of my subordinates; to him refer any Helpdesk Team and Local ICT, who manage the daily user support.

BW collects the data from all SAP ERP modules, providing certified reports with actual and planned key figures to each EPTA Department.EPTA choose this approach to reduce the total cost of ownership and to release reports centrally after the validation by the Reporting Committee (made up by me, Corporate Controller and Global Director who promoted the initiative).

As Team Leader on BI projects, I worked with my Customers to understand their requirements, for implementing SAP Business Intelligence architecture: - “Data Warehouse” to collect historical data and to build ad hoc KPI for Logistic, Production, Sales, Controlling and Finance;- “Strategic Enterprise Management” to model Forecast/Budget activities, to define Balance sheet, Profitability Analysis and “what-if” scenarios; approach to Balanced Scorecard application.Inside my Business Unit, I managed the training courses for colleagues helping them during their professional growth.
