On April 28, 2000, LifeGate was founded, and I was among its founders at just 19 years old. My professional journey began at LifeGate Radio as the Artistic Director. By May 2004, I joined the Board of Directors as the CEO of the company until the end of 2009. During this period, LifeGate Radio revolutionized Italian radio by bringing innovation and quality. My managerial and communication experience, developed while growing a community that now counts over 5 million people, has familiarized me with the languages, methods, and tools of communication best suited for engaging a target audience sensitive to sustainable development issues. In 2010, I became a part of the Board of Directors of the parent company, LifeGate Spa, bringing my know-how as the Marketing Director and later as the Director of Communication, offering my experience to clients by developing strategies and communication projects focused on sustainability.Over the years, LifeGate has supported more than 5,000 companies with consulting activities, integrating sustainability into their processes. LifeGate has addressed major issues through concrete projects against the climate crisis, global warming, and biodiversity loss. With the Zero Impact® project, the world's first initiative to actualize the goals of the Kyoto Protocol, we offset the CO₂ emissions of 400 million products through the reforestation of 70 million square meters of woodland areas. With LifeGate Energy, offering 100% clean, renewable, Italian energy, we have supplied over 900 GWh to private individuals and companies.Today, I am a member of the Board of Directors of all the companies in the group and have been the CEO of the LifeGate group since January 2014. In recent years, we have launched several projects: in 2015, Bee my Future, which has helped protect 5 million bees; in 2016, Sustainable Investments, the first impact fund listed on the Italian Stock Exchange; and in 2018, LifeGate PlasticLess®, with the installation of over 60 Seabins in Europe, devices that have collected over 25,000 kg of plastic waste in just two years.In 2021, LifeGate Way was born as the first Italian ecosystem of sustainable startups, now comprising over 400 innovative realities. Today, LifeGate stands as a sustainability reference point, with 25,000 editorial contents, 10 million minutes of music, a community of 5 million people, more than 1500 shareholders, and a team of more than 100 people, mostly under 40, of which over 75% are women.
