Manage all ROV personnel on shift, ensuring continuity of service in accordance with company’s QHSE policy and objectives, conducting job safety analyses and arrange crew safety meetings.• Ensure implementation of subsea work programs ie subsea inspection program, subsea installation program, subsea maintenance program etc• Plan and oversee offshore operations, equipment maintenance and repair of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), Launch and recovery system (LARS – electro-mechanical/hydraulics), ROV Tooling and ancillary equipment.• Ensure spares and materials are requisitioned in a timely manner to maintain minimum stock levels in the inventory system.• Create and transmits daily, weekly and monthly reports.• Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedule and technical logs are updated.• Document and report accidents and incidents and near misses to the ROV Manager, QHSE and operations manager.
