Patrick Samson Udama Eneche is dedicated to bridging the gap between environmental and business data analytics, facilitating the transfer of scientific research to stakeholders (in diverse settings - government, business entities, professionals, etc.) in accessible formats. He advocates for enhanced stakeholder engagement and co-creation processes, believing it's the responsibility of scientists to guide stakeholders and ensure scientific knowledge translates effectively into real-world applications, influencing policy-making for the better. This collaborative approach empowers stakeholders and provides scientists with valuable insights into previously overlooked externalities. Patrick's professional journey encompasses roles as a researcher, graduate teaching assistant/lecturer, GIS-Survey Liaison, and GIS analyst in academic and governmental settings. From managing GIS units to providing strategic GIS support for large-scale projects, he has demonstrated adaptability, stakeholder carriage and leadership in diverse environments.Currently pursuing a PhD in the People, Land, and Urban Systems (PLUS) Research Group within the Faculty of Geo-Information and Earth Observation (ITC) at the University of Twente, Netherlands, he is deeply engaged in exploring innovative approaches for solving urban environmental challenges. He is open to interdisciplinary collaboration and building strong networks with like-minded experts.
