The mission of Praxis is to improve and contribute to the policy-making process in Estonia by conducting independent research, providing strategic counsel to policy makers and fostering public debate. I work as communications manager and my duties within the organization include developing communication plans for analytical works. Having worked in the think tank for almost five years, I have led the communication of around thirty data-intensive research projects, where target groups have included officials from several ministries, NGOs, various stakeholders in the field or experts on the topic, and also politicians and the media.
