I am a sincere advocate of entrepreneurism, but I also believe that sales and recruitment are among the finest ways for young people to raise themselves up, both economically and with regard to personal empowerment. I myself hail from a working-class background and was considered a difficult teen, but I can categorically say I’d not be where I am today were it not for the recruitment industry.In 2010 I founded Pangea Resourcing, an exclusive staffing consultancy specialising in human capital solutions for the global energy, natural resources and infrastructure (ENRI) sector. In our 10 years of existence we are proud to have delivered projects in over 70 countries worldwide.I am also the director of Pangea Strategic Intelligence, an elite network connecting those organisations that are conducting research within the ENRI sector with consultants whose insights and expert opinions are best-in-class. Pangea SI is a disruptive business model that leverages collective intelligence and helps companies and investors alike achieve their goals within the ENRI sector, which in turn brings us as a society ever closer to a better-informed and more economically stable energy landscape.My passion for the ENRI sector is second to none.
