My focus is in developing a client centered practice that focuses on listening well and seeking to fully understand your very specific needs. As a student of building science, I am also devoted to paying special attention to energy efficient new home construction. The new and more rigid building codes are demanding more energy conscious construction techniques. Everything in my career life has led me to this point. With a previous career in the financial planning and advisory world, coupled with a long period in the construction, contracting and subcontracting realm.I am well equipped to provide a value-added proposition that many Realtors do not have in their "tool belt". With a very discerning eye toward construction and design techniques, I will lend a "third eye perspective" for both buyers and sellers.
