At CGI, I had the opportunity to wear many hats and work on exciting projects that allowed me to grow both technically and professionally.Key Projects & Responsibilities:1&1 Billing Process Testing: • As a crucial member of the software testing team for our client 1&1, I was deeply involved in testing their billing process. • I transformed test scenarios into actionable test cases, ensuring early detection of potential issues. • My work helped ensure the billing software was stable and error-free, enhancing the overall reliability of the system. • I also reviewed billing processes and created detailed reports to support continuous improvement.Business Analytics for DoorJames: • Later, I transitioned to CGI Next, where I worked on business analytics for DoorJames, a mobile app designed for workplace bookings. • I played a key role in maintaining the DoorJames app and office infrastructures. • I was actively involved in the rollout management, coordinating the deployment of new features and updates. • I provided second-level support, helping customers troubleshoot issues and maintain system stability. • Managing the backlog was a key part of my role, where I conducted test simulations to identify and address potential problems, ensuring optimal system performance. • Additionally, I worked on the app’s user interface, translating it into multiple languages to meet international standards, working closely with native speakers to ensure accuracy.Through these roles, I gained extensive experience in software engineering, testing, and business analytics, while contributing to the successful deployment and maintenance of critical software solutions.
