* Controlling all flight related sales of iFlyres, SSR/ASR and T/O sales . * Controlling of sales related internal department processes. * Controlling agency statements periodically .* Performing the necessary checks of the tickets and the excess baggage coupons sent by the ticket sales offices and airport sales offices * Performing the controls of the flight closure* Performing the necessary controls of the appeals made by all T/O customers, sending them information and documents to solve the issue . * Controlling relevant bank accounts for the payments regarding group requests and periodic statements whose payments have been received * Preparing invoices requested for customers * At the month end, performing necessary controls on monthly control list . * Gaining information from the person in charge when/if the necessary documents are missing from the flight data.* Dispelling the current malfunctions (PNL, PFS etc.) at the system (In case of assessing any fault at any of the stations, solving the problems) . * Performing all of the test processes of the version changes, the developments of our and other departments at the sales systems
