In 2023, I formed the METU MECH Nautronics team with 15 of my friends. Taking on the role of captain, our aim during this period has been to generate projects in the field of Unmanned Underwater Systems. Currently, we are preparing for the TEKNOFEST and ROBOSUB competitions.

I had the opportunity to work in the calibration department, focusing on the development and testing of piston motors. I was involved in performance testing, calibration, and analysis to ensure precision and efficiency in engine operations. This experience helped me gain a solid understanding of mechanical systems, the importance of precise calibration, and hands-on exposure to real-world engineering challenges.

As an R&D intern, I worked on designing and testing components for rockets, with a focus on fastening systems. I learned about aerospace materials, engineering design, and how critical bolts and fasteners are to the safety and reliability of rockets. It was a hands-on experience that deepened my interest in aerospace engineering.

I completed my summer internship in the National Defense Ministry Shipyard, focusing on the production area. I had the opportunity to visit several factories contributing significantly to our country and to meet with engineers. While joining the 'Blue Homeland' mission, I gained hands-on experience in all processes from design to production under the supervision of professionals.
