• Take part in compensation, budget, payroll and recruitment processes for all of the 6 different countries that English Home has foreign operations in,• Establish and implement efficiency-based payroll and personnel processes to serve integrated HR systems by communicating with payroll service providers abroad,• Monthly transactions regarding the calculation of payroll and bonus are carried out within the framework of corporate processes and legal regulations,• Determine wage increases for each country by creating personnel cost ratios, researching market average, setting salary ranges etc.• Create and offer wages to new candidates,• Take part in examining, choosing and interviewing candidates abroad,• Create monthly personnel expense forecasts for each country,• Checking the budget and actual expense compatibility and providing the explanations/provisions regarding personnel expenses if needed,• Follow the creation, updating and implementation of the procedures and instructions for the payroll and all personal affairs issues,• Present periodic reports to business unites and business partners from related departments.

• Within the scope of employee and customer satisfaction, B2B and B2C brand partnerships are established and active communications are carried out with the brands cooperated.• Preparation of weekly reports regarding the efficiency of brand partnerships.• Launching marketing communications such as SMS, MMS, store announcements, in-store / shopping mall visuals in order to increase brand awareness and store traffic.• Executing projects with more than 5 agencies for media buying, consulting and creative processes.• Analyzing and reporting of the efficiency of the marketing communications.• Working actively with the consultant firm for the ''Turquality Branding Program''.
