•Ensure execution of the production processes in conformance with up-to-date, registered and approved instructions, GMP rules and global requirements.• Responsible for operating with validated processes, qualified and calibrated equipment as well as qualified personnel.• Prepare necessary documentation on production, keep and follow up the related records• Check the conformance to production-related and environmental conditions, ensure such conditions to be maintained on a regular basis• Working in strong coordination with the Process Unit Planning and Technology Responsible(s), execute production schedule to ensure on-time, quality compliant product delivery as well as effective utilization of the resources; i.e. equipment, materials and personnel• Ensure daily/monthly production targets are met and assure a smooth production flow (physical, product documentation, GMP, HSE)• Facilitate effective communication within the Process Unit and with the various Function Groups• Coach and facilitate the team to enable effective decision-making in achieving business objectives
